CHARLOTTE, NC-The Vue Charlotte condominium tower is set to be sold at public auction at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse on June 12. In April, Northwood Investors, a real estate investment firm based in New York, started foreclosure proceedings against the limited liability company that holds The Vue.
The 51-story, 408-unit tower is situated on the corner of Pine and Fifth streets in Fourth Ward. The foreclosure auction will be held on the first floor of the courthouse. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
