BERLIN-YOUNIQ AG has started construction work on a student house apartment complex in Potsdam. Similar projects are scheduled to start in the near future in Lubeck and Bayreuth.
YOUNIQ will invest roughly EUR 26 million to create 388 apartments in Potsdam. In Lubeck, the company will spend EUR 13 million to develop 187 apartments and in Bayreuth, the will invest approximately EUR 15 million to create 236 apartments.
