MINNEAPOLIS-Chicago-based Zeller Realty has recently closed a refinancing for LaSalle Plaza, a 600,000-square-foot building in Minneapolis, with U.S. Bank Commercial Real Estate, a division of Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but sources said that the loan was worth approximately $92 million.

The refinancing will allow Zeller to cut down its borrowing costs and re-invest money in the property. Currently, Zeller has no plans to cash out of the skyscraper. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
