RESTON, VA-Aetna Life Insurance Co. has acquired an ownership interest in the Plaza at Loudoun Tech Center in Dulles. Buchanan Partners developed the 120,000-square-foot building, which later sold to McLean-based Velsor Properties LLC.
Loudoun County land records showed that Aetna took the ownership stake in the single-story structure at 46000-46050 Manekin Plaza through a deed in lieu of foreclosure. VF II-TLC LLC, an affiliate of Velsor, bought the site in 2005 for $16.5 million. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
