FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Allied Health & Nursing Education has inked a lease for seven years with TNHYIF REIV Lima for 17,225 square feet of space at Riverbend, a 6-million-square-foot office park in Fort Lauderdale. The three-story building is located at 2307 W. Broward Blvd.
The Center for Allied Health & Nursing will be the largest tenant in the building. Caroline Fleischer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and Molly McDonough of Flagler Real Estate Services represented the building owner in the lease transaction.
