NEW YORK CITY-SuperTrash has leased 2,000 square feet at 29 Prince St. from Prince Street Associates. The Dutch outfit will occupy the ground-floor space at the building situated between Elizabeth and Mott streets.
This will be the first US location for SuperTrash. Asking rent for the 10-year lease, which covers a 1,000-square-foot basement, was $210 per square foot. David Angel, a broker from TAG Property Management, represented SuperTrash and Brett Nigel, a broker from Veracity Real Estate Management, represented Prince Street in the deal.
