NASHVILLE-A Music Row office structure in Nashville has changed hands for $1.1 million. As reported by Davidson County property records, Fischer Entreprises LLC has bought the building at 1204 17th Ave. S.
According to a listing, the building comprises 12 offices, a separate apartment and a recording studio. Fischer Entreprises purchased the Music Row office building from Music Square 17 LLC. The property was earlier sold in 2004 for $805,000. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
