HANOVER, GERMANY-STAM Europe and Activum Capital Management have sold Grammophon Park in Hanover for an undisclosed sum. The office building, which measures 209,896 square feet, was sold to Canadian REIT Dundee International.

Grammophon Park was a first investment of Activum's opportunistic real estate fund set up in late 2008. Activum has already spent EUR 125 million of the EUR 248.5 million it raised and plans to spend the remainder in properties located in prime cities in Germany in the next two years.
