MUNICH-HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has broken ground on the Forum am Hirschgarten in the Am Hirschgarten - Die Mitte im Grunen development area. The two-building property will comprise 355,209 square feet of net leasable area.
The Forum am Hirschgarten will have about 269,097 square feet of office space and approximately 86,111 square feet of commercial space.
