REDWOOD CITY, CA-The City Council has chosen a joint venture between HunterStorm LLC and Kilroy Realty Corp. to redevelop the city's Depot Circle, a surface parking lot adjacent to the Caltrain station. The Kilroy/HunterStorm group will now enter into negotiations with the city regarding the development.
Hunter/Storm's proposal calls for two multi-story office structures totaling nearly 261,000 square feet as well as a 120-room hotel on a separate parcel owned by the city. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
