JACKSONVILLE, FL-An Illinois-based real estate investment trust has picked up a Fresh Market-anchored shopping center in Jacksonville. Oak Brook, Illinois-based Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has paid $8.8 million for the Shops at Julington Creek.
Inland announced the deal on Tuesday. Other tenants in the 40,000-square-foot retail center include Sprint, Metro Diner and Hurricane Grill & Wings. In late 2011, the REIT purchased the Palm Coast Landing for $40 million. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
