NEW YORK CITY-Superfly Presents is relocating its headquarters from 64 W. Third St. at LaGuardia Place to 25 E. 21st St. in the Flatiron district. The entertainment firm has inked a long-term lease with 21st & 10th LLC for 4,500 square feet of office space at 25 E. 21st St.
