FORT WORTH-Dallas-based Centennial Real Estate Co. has bought three retail centers in Colleyville and North Richland Hills. The company acquired the Village Park at Colleyville and The Crossing in North Richland Hills.
The Village Park at Colleyville has two phases. The 45,057-square-foot Village Park Phase I and the 88,714-square-foot Village Park Phase II are situated at the southeast corner of Glade Road and Colleyville Boulevard/Highway 26.
