BALTIMORE-Everything Warehouse has leased 54,600 square feet in a 325,000-square-foot industrial building in South Baltimore. The company, which is currently located at 3401 S. Hanover St., is relocating to the redeveloped building at 1615 Wicomico St.
The industrial building is owned by 1601 Wicomico LLC. Ned Brady and McLane Fisher from Cushman & Wakefield of Maryland Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Everything Warehouse. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
