LONDON-Gazeley has acquired 100% ownership stake in Magna Park Milton Keynes, a flagship development site in UK, for an undisclosed price. The company, while already held 50% interest in the logistic park, has taken the remaining 50% interest from Land Securities.

Gazeley and Land Securities spent more than 10 years to develop the site. They secured permission for 3.4 million square feet of tract, of which 1 million square feet is occupied by brands such as River Island and John Lewis. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
