DALLAS-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler recently arranged $22.7 million in financing for 10000 NCX, a 15-story Class A office tower in Dallas. A joint venture between Five Mile Capital Partners and CREA Investments obtained the loan to improve the office building's lobby and public areas and to add a new fitness center.
The 296,360-square-foot building, constructed in 1986, is situated along North Central Expressway. HFF placed the three-year loan through GE Capital Real Estate. Travis Anderson headed the HFF team, which represented the borrower. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
