DALLAS-The Hyatt Regency Dallas is commencing a $50-million project to renovate 1,120 guest rooms in the hotel. Dallas-based Woodbine Development Corp. is leading the renovation work.

The makeover is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year. The project's design team includes San Rafael, California-based EDG Interior Architects and Dallas-based CamargoCopeland Architects. Little Rock, Arkansas-based Clark Contractors is managing the renovation work.
