LONDON-The joint venture between Istithmar P&O Estates and Henderson Global Investors have leased 82,500 square feet of office space in the Regent Quarter scheme in York Way, King's Cross, to a publishing company. Macmillan Publishers Ltd. has signed two separate 15-year leases to take the office space in the last phase of the Regent Quarter development.
Besides office space, Macmillan will take four apartments and a small restaurant in the development. Construction is expected to be finished in phases during 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
