AUSTIN, TX-NAI REOC Austin has closed two lease deals totaling 17,149 square feet in Austin. DeVry Inc. has leased an office space measuring 13,266 square feet at Stratum Executive Center at Building B and North Austin Premier Sleep Center has leased an office space measuring 3,883 square feet at Park Forest Building C.
