AUSTIN, TX-Oxford Commercial has brokered two industrial lease deals totaling 61,298 square feet in Austin. Sherri Hill has signed a 31,298- square-foot lease at Tuscany 2 at 9011 Tuscany Way and KLD Energy Technologies Inc. has inked a 30,000-square-foot lease at 1611 Headway Circle.
