SWEPSONVILLE, NC-The Burlington Times-News reported that the Swepsonville Town Council gave green light to a mixed-use project in Alamance County by unanimously approving a subdivision waiver application. Laurelton Village LLC's plans call for 62 single-family homes and 19 townhouses on a 33-acre property situated along N.C. 54.
