BUFFALO-Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. is planning to construct a new medical office building along Park Club Lane in Amherst. The company has filed a plan with the Amherst Planning Department for a 31,000-square-foot medical-based office building.
The multi-tenant building will come up on the south side of Univera Health Care's headquarters. Robert McDonnell, senior vice president of Ciminelli Real Estate Corp., said that negotiations are underway with prospective tenants.
