MILWAUKEE-Shorewood-based Dominion Properties LLC is planning to construct an apartment building in Milwaukee. The company will develop the new apartment project on a vacant site it owns on North Jackson Street.
Milwaukee-based Dermond Property has plans for a 34-unit apartment building on the Joey's Italian Restaurant building and Chicago-based Blackwatch 68 Properties has plans for a 15-unit apartment building on the east side of Jackson.
