WAUKESHA, WI-Mandel Group Inc. has acquired a 340-unit apartment complex in downtown Waukesha from companies created by developer Bryce Styza. The Milwaukee-based company paid $29.5 million for Rivers Edge Apartments.
The property is located at 100 Corrina Boulevard. With the new deal, Mandel's acquisitions in recent years around Madison and Milwaukee have reached 2,000 apartment units. Since the property is situated close to entertainment and shopping destinations, it got Mandel Group's attention. The acquisition deal was closed on Wednesday.
