
BUFFALO-A 102-room Staybridge Inn will be part of a $15-million mixed-use project proposed on the Amherst campus of the University at Buffalo. The Amherst Planning Board will review the project on June 21.
The hotel is the central piece of the project, which is being developed by Bevilaqua Development LP and Ellicott Development Co. The project will comprise 2 four-story buildings and the Staybridge Inn. The two buildings will contain 42 apartments and retail space. Bevilaqua is hoping to complete the project by 2013.
