CHICAGO-The Chicago Plan Commission is set to consider a proposed plan for an apartment project at the northwest corner of Halsted Street and Bradley Place in Wrigleyville. Harlem Irving Cos. of Norridge and Chicago-based JDL Development Corp. are seeking permission from the commission for their 269-unit apartment project.

The proposed plan calls for 15- and 12-story towers on a parking lot. The estimated cost of the project is $73.4 million. The proposal has been criticized by neighborhood residents. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
