SEATTLE-Joshua Green Corp., a family-owned company, has acquired Plaza 600, a 20-story office building in downtown Seattle, from the Vance Corp. The company paid $54.9 million for the 200,000-square-foot tower at Stewart Street and Sixth Avenue.

The Plaza 600 building is situated on the other side of Amazon.com's proposed office complex. Vance built the tower in 1969 and decided to sell it as the company received a volunteered offer last year. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
