HONOLULU-Japan-based Seibu Group is planning to sell three hotels in Hawaii. The three luxury hotels include the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki situated on Oahu and the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on the Big Island.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported that Seibu has employed Eastdil Secured to sell the three hotels. The Big Island and Oahu hotels could sell for an approximated $500 million to $1 billion. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
