TAMPA, FL-Checkers Drive-In Restaurants Inc. has signed a lease renewal deal for 11 years at Colonial Place II in Westshore, Tampa. The Checkers & Rally's franchise houses its headquarters at the 26,000-square-foot office in the building at 4300 W. Cypress St.
