HAMBURG, GERMANY-Valad Europe has signed a lease renewal deal with Closed GmbH on 57,845 square feet of office and warehouse space at Bottcherhof 1-1a in the Hamburg-Billbrook region. Closed GmbH has renewed its lease for 4,391 square feet of office space and 53,453 square feet of warehouse space at Bottcherhof 1-1a for another five years.
