LONDON-The Crown Estate has secured two new tenants in St. James's as part of a GBP 500-million investment to reconstruct the area. JM Weston will open a store on Jermyn Street and San Carlo will open new Cicchetti at 215 Piccadilly.
JM Weston has signed a 12-year lease for 800 square feet on the ground floor and 900 square feet on the basement at 60 Jermyn Street for its flagship store. San Carlo has leased a 2,750-square-foot unit for 15 years. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
