MEMPHIS-The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. has leased 32,000 square feet at Lakecrest III, a 130,000-square-foot office building at 6060 E. Primacy Parkway in East Memphis. Memphis Daily News reported that the deal is the largest lease this year in the office real estate market.
B&B Specialty Contractors Inc. has filed a $1-million building consent for space improvements. The Memphis regional office of FDIC is currently placed in the Clark Tower.
