MIAMI-A company operated by Michael Adler, a Miami developer, has sold a shopping center in Pinecrest for $8.5 million to Manaca Pinecrest Center, a Fisher Island company. The 12,271-square-foot retail center, located at 9095 S. Dixie Highway, was developed in 2001 by Adler's Dixie Dadeland Corner.

Current occupiers in the center include Cold Stone Creamery, FedEx Office, GameStop, Starbucks and T-Mobile. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Adler. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
