EDINA, MN-Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. and Bloomington-based StuartCo are planning for a 232-unit apartment project in Edina. The new apartment complex, called the Residences at Southdale, will be built on the southeast corner of Simon's Southdale Center property.
The project will include high-end apartment units with amenities such as 10-foot ceilings and granite counters. Minneapolis-based BKV Group architects presented the initial designs of the complex, which will include a fitness facility and community room.
