BALTIMORE-XLHealth Corp. has selected Howard County instead of Baltimore City for its expansion. The health care firm has signed a lease for 68,470 square feet of space at Meadowridge 95 in Elkridge.
Merritt Properties LLC is the owner of the two-story office building. In April, the Business Journal reported that XLHealth was about to lease space at 3700 Koppers St. in Baltimore. In the Howard County deal, Cassidy Turley's Lizzy Sweeney and Pete Stanford represented XLHealth, while Merritt Properties had in-house representation.
