LONDON-Theo Fennell, a British jewellery designer, has signed a 10-year lease with Meyer Bergman for a 451-square-foot unit at Burlington Arcade. Work on the newly leased unit is underway and the store is expected to be opened in July 2012.
The new deal follows a number of other leases at the Arcade, including Lulu Guinness, Jimmy Choo, Nourbel, Penhaligons, Crockett & Jones, David Duggan and Matthew Foster. Meyer Bergman purchased the shopping arcade in 2010. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
