DES PLAINES, IL-A website developer is expanding its operations by approximately 40% to 48,000 square feet. Americaneagle.com has signed an agreement to purchase Property Casualty Insurers Association of America's headquarters building in Des Plaines.
The company will move its operations from Park Ridge to 2600 S. River Road. Property Casualty will relocate late this year to the Presidents Plaza office complex. Americaneagle.com will occupy nearly 48,000 square feet of space in the 60,000-square-foot building. Lee & Associates is representing the seller in the deal.
