NEW YORK CITY-Retailer Cache has signed a 43,100-square-foot lease at 256 W. 38th Street to shift its headquarters. The lease runs for 10 years and asking rent was $37 per square foot. The retailer will occupy the whole 3rd, 4th, and 6th floors of the 14-story building owned by East End Capital. In the deal, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brokered for the owner, while Jones Lang LaSalle brokered for the tenant.
