BOSTON-City Hall has given green light to developers to construct a mixed-use community on vacant plot on both sides of Melnea Cass Boulevard between Shawmut Avenue and Washington Street in Roxbury. Urbanica Design + Development will construct a $63-million community on parcel 9 that will comprise a two-story community and commercial building, a 150-room hotel and a five-story residential and retail building.
