WASHINGTON, DC-A subsidiary of Property Group Partners has tapped Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to market Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's space at 1101 New York Ave. NW as the law firm is looking to reorganize its mortgage in federal bankruptcy court. The company selected Cushman to find tenants to replace Dewey at the 393,568-square-foot building.
