WASHINGTON, DC-The Washington Post reported that Hines is finalizing a new lease deal with Del Frisco's for a high-end restaurant at CityCenterDC. Del Frisco's will be the first retail tenant at the $950-million development.
Del Frisco's will take 17,000 square feet at the downtown DC project. Bill Martens from Dallas-based Del Frisco's Restaurant Group said that the company is interested in closing the deal in the next few weeks. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
