NEW YORK CITY-Fort Street Studio has inked an 8,100-square-foot lease at 22 W. 19th Street to relocate its headquarters from SoHo to Chelsea. The lease runs for 10 years and asking rent was in the range of high $30s per square foot. The Kaufman Organization is the owner of the 11-story property located between Fifth and Sixth avenues. The lease brings the occupancy of the building to 100%.
