NEW YORK CITY-Fashion designer Mara Hoffman has inked a lease for 3,200 square feet at 866 Sixth Avenue for five years. The asking rent for the building between West 30th and West 31st streets was $31 per square foot. Nisselli Realty is the owner of the property. Hoffman intends to use the ninth-floor space as an integrated design studio and showroom.
