CHATTANOOGA, TN-LandSouth Construction has started construction on a multifamily project in Chattanooga. The $19-million project, called Integra Hills Luxury Apartments, will comprise 278 units.
Floor plans of the new apartment project range from 852 to 1,427 square feet. James Pyle, president of LandSouth Construction, said that the company is partnering with Integra Land Company on the project. The apartment project is scheduled to be finished in February 2013.
