LONDON-Legal & General Property has leased three units totaling approximately 51,000 square feet to a retailer. TK Maxx has renewed its lease for Unit 2 at Colney Fields Shopping Park in London Colney and renewed its 17,000-square-foot lease at Highbridge Retail Park in Waltham Abbey for 15 years.
