WASHINGTON, DC-ASB Real Estate Investments and MRP Realty have created a joint venture to construct a new office building on G Street NW in Washington DC. The new nine-story office structure will be built at 900 G St. NW.
ASB and MRP purchased the existing property from a joint venture between MRP and Rockpoint. They initially planned to renovate the building, but later decided to construct an entirely new 112,000-square-foot building. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
