CINCINNATI-Downtown Cincinnati's 309 Vine building is getting ready for a $15-million renovation. BHDP has designed the interior as well as the exterior renovation of PNC Tower's annex.

The 325,000-square-foot structure will get energy-efficient HVAC systems and an upgraded facade, and will change corporate name atop the structure. The building contains nearly 300,000 square feet of available space and the size of floor plates ranges from 22,000 to 49,000 square feet. The building owners will seek LEED certification for the improvement. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
