HOUSTON-Renaissance Offshore LLC has signed a lease for 14,000 square feet of office space at 920 Memorial City Way in west Houston. The firm was created earlier this year by Houston-based Quantum Energy Partners.
The 14-story building is owned by MetroNational. Cobalt International Energy Inc. recently leased 96,000 square feet at the Memorial City Way building. Josh Cheatham and Dan Boyles Jr. from NAI Houston represented the tenant, while John Green of MetroNational represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal.
