ST. LOUIS-The 25-story Roberts Tower in downtown St. Louis has reached sales block. The unfinished $70-million structure, intended to be a 55-unit condominium development, is put up for sale by Steven and Michael Roberts.

Brett Chetek and Matt Bukhshtaber of CBRE are marketing the building on behalf of the brothers. The Roberts Tower, which has no asking price, has a new Vic's on the Plaza restaurant on the ground floor and roughly 6,800 square feet of conference space on the second floor.
