PALM BEACH, FL-The South Florida Intermodal Logistics Center development in Palm Beach County is moving forward. Florida Crystals Corp. has signed a strategic alliance with IDI for the planning and marketing of the industrial facility.
The gargantuan logistics center will come up on the 850-acre site, owned by Florida Crystals. The site has been approved for up to 10 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space as well as a rail yard. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
